The fitting room that thinks like a tailor.

Zone by zone fit prediction before you buy. No guessing. No returns.

The problem

£140bn

lost to clothing returns every year — most of it down to one unsolved question: will this actually fit me?

Size charts describe a garment. They say nothing about your shoulders, your posture, the way a jacket that's “true to size” on a chest measurement can still fail on the one seam that can't be altered. A single number — S, M, 42R — is asked to stand in for a body with dozens of independent measurements, and it can't.

The result is a guessing game played at checkout, resolved weeks later by a courier picking the box back up. Retailers eat the cost. Shoppers eat the disappointment. Nobody actually learns anything for next time.

The solution

RediFit: fit, broken down zone by zone.

RediClothed builds a digital twin from your real measurements, then RediFit checks a garment against it zone by zone — shoulders, chest, waist, sleeve, inseam — the same way a tailor reads a jacket on a fitting stand, not the way a size chart guesses at it.

Every zone gets its own verdict: fits, requires alteration, too tight, too loose — with the reasoning behind it, not just a red or green light.

The founder

I started RediClothed because I couldn't buy a pair of trousers that fit. Not “fit well” — fit at all. Every size chart told me I was between sizes; every pair I ordered confirmed it in a different, more annoying way each time.

I work in a bespoke tailoring shop. I watch tailors solve this problem by hand, every day — reading a jacket on a stand, knowing on sight which seam can move and which can't, which “too tight” is a five-minute fix and which one means a different size entirely. That knowledge has never made it into how clothes get sold online. Nobody had built the bridge.

So I built it myself — solo, evenings and weekends, alongside the day job that taught me what actually matters in a fitting. RediFit is that tailoring knowledge, encoded, so it's there before you buy instead of after you've returned three sizes trying to find it.

Why tailoring intelligence

The things no size chart knows.

The shoulder pass/fail

A jacket's shoulder seam can't be altered without rebuilding the garment — every other zone can flex, this one can't. RediFit treats it as the hard gate it actually is, not just another measurement.

Alteration limits

A waist that's 2cm tight is a five-minute fix for a tailor. A waist that's 6cm tight isn't. We know the difference, and tell you which one you're looking at before you buy.

The athletic drop

Chest-to-waist drop changes what 'your size' even means. Standard size charts assume one body shape per measurement — we don't.

Stop guessing your size.
